Hi, I am Samridha Saxena. I am the founder of Teenage Career Forum.

I am an Engineer turned Certified Career Counselor. I help teens (class 9-12) choose the right career. In the past 5+ Years, I have counseled 7000+ students across India.

I have worked with top companies like Accenture Strategy, Tata Power, and Indian Railways for over 10 Years.

I was not happy and satisfied with my engineering career. I chose engineering because my elder brother chose engineering. Soon after I started working, I realized that Engineering is not my cup of tea. I started searching for the right career option for myself. In this process of career exploration and soul-searching, I tried different career options, and then I realized that helping students through Career Counseling is what I love the most. And then, I transitioned my career into career guidance. And yes, I am loving it now!

With my experience, I thoroughly understand the pain points and challenges teens and their parents face in choosing the right career. I counsel, mentor, and coach teens (class 9-12) to identify their genius and help them reach their full potential. I truly believe that every child is a genius.
